About the Role:
LuMo's Laundromat is a new, vibrant laundromat opening in the heart of Melbourne CBD. We aim to offer our customers a seamless and enjoyable laundry experience, combining convenience with high-quality service. To achieve this, we’re looking for enthusiastic Laundry Attendants to join our team and help fulfill our goals.

As a Laundry Attendant, you’ll be responsible for:

• Customer Service: Providing excellent service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Order Fulfillment: Managing and fulfilling customer orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• General Duties: Handling various operational tasks within the laundromat, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Laundry Management: Assisting with laundry processing, folding, and organizing to maintain smooth operations.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have demonstrated customer service experience (1-3 years).
• Be familiar with order processing systems (e.g., Square, Nayax).
• Have previous experience in stock/inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Be flexible and open to working morning and/or evening shifts.
• Be eager to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
